Genium was proud to take the lead in negotiating recent legislation that was signed by Governor Hochul as part of Labor Day festivities. We made agreements on two separate chapter amendments for the Clean Energy Apprenticeship and Mechanical Insulation Incentives bills. This legislation will produce significant opportunities for middle-class careers in the construction industry while helping the State to lower its carbon footprint. We know how to produce lobbying results as both of these bills were new proposals, which we were able to get across the finish line in only eight months with the right government relations strategy.
